My recent stay offered a glimpse into a serene environment that's perfect for anyone looking to unwind, far from the hustle and bustle. The welcoming owners, Marianne and Lars, create a warm atmosphere that enhances the experience. The rooms are nicely appointed with historic touches, and the modern bathrooms do not disappoint. I particularly enjoyed the common sitting area on the second floor, with its cozy vibe and stunning views. The complimentary breakfast deserves mention; there's a good selection of local fare, including delicious homemade bread and fresh salmon. Having the option for outdoor dining was a plus. While the hotel might lean toward the higher end of the price spectrum, it offers great value given the clean accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities like free Wi-Fi and electric vehicle charging stations. If you appreciate a more tranquil luxury experience, Granum Gård is a worthwhile option for your travels.
